• Email engagement: when you receive our emails, we may record whether they were delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can send relevant information and honor unsubscribe requests.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to remember your preferences (such as language), show pop-up forms no more than necessary, protect forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), and understand how the Site is used (Google Analytics and Matomo). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Property search (IDX)

Property listings and search are provided through a third-party IDX service. If you register for listing alerts or save searches, the information you provide is also processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.

8. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), firewalls, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

9. Your privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information under NRS 603A; although we do not sell personal information, you may still send us a request.
