Stonebridge is one of Summerlin’s newer villages, opening around 2021 on elevated ground on the community’s western edge near Red Rock Canyon. Its Prairie Highland design theme shows up in the architecture, walls, landscaping and colors, which were chosen to fit the Mojave Desert setting. At the center of the village is Stonebridge Park, with sports fields, pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, shaded picnic areas and connections to the Summerlin trail system. Homes are mostly single-family, in single- and two-story designs, and the village also includes Heritage at Stonebridge, a gated neighborhood for buyers 55 and older.
