Summit Homes has grand openings for not one, not two, but three new communities in Las Vegas; Palm Haven, Regina Ridge, and Torrey Pines Heights. Torrey Pines Heights is the third new community by Summit Homes. Four two-story plans are available; the same three homes at Palm Haven, plus the addition of a new fourth plan. The larger 2,358-square-foot design has up to five bedrooms and is priced at $344,990 and up.
