Park & Refer: The Importance of Knowing your Options

Have you ever been told that if you are not working to just inactivate your license? There is another option, Park & Refer. The average agent is unaware of the option in which they can still refer a client to another agent and earn 30% of the commission. Is that not awesome? Our city of Las Vegas is going to be the future of Entertainment as the largest Spherical of earth is being develop. MSG Sphere at the Venetian is a Sphere-Shaped music and Entertainment arena will be the first venue of its kind ever created. Located near Las Vegas strip east of the Venetian Resort

MSG Sphere will have 20,000 guest capacity. 160,000 sq. ft. Groundbreaking spatialized audio, fully brandable exosphere and atrium and will be transporting you to new worlds. Auditorium is scheduled to open in 2023 and its grand opening was postponed from 2021 due to covid. 

The $1.8 BN project will have 366 feet high and 516 feet wide. The MSG Sphere will be equipped with 19,000 by 13,500 LED screens which will go across the interior and create visual content for the MSG Sphere. The exterior will feature 54,000 square meters of programmable lightning.

Arena will host award shows and concerts and other entertainment events. It will bring jobs to our community. 

Durango Hotel-Casino A station Casino's property will be built in Rhodes Ranch community along Durango Dr beside the Las Vegas Beltway 215. Station Casinos purchase the property in 2000 and later announced plans for hotel-casino Durango Station. Before the start of the construction this year 2022 the project was delayed a couple times. Durango Station is schedule to be finished by late 2023 early 2024 at the latest.

The resort has 83,000 square feet of casino space with an open floorplan, 200 guest rooms and suites in the hotel tower. Signature food and beverage outlets, race and sportsbook. 20,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. 40 electric vehicle charging stations. 

The Station Casinos executives discussed their newly announced gaming property named Simply Durango they stated hotel casino has an estimated cost of $750 million. 

They plan on using 50 acres of land for Durango Station and selling back remaining 23 acres for residential development for about $23 million.   

The National Football League is hosting its Annual Draft celebration in Las Vegas this year, from April 23rd to April 25th. Each year, NFL Draft celebrations are action-packed with celebrities, parties, music and the attendance of the nation's top sports superstars. 

The NFL Draft Main Stage will be located adjacent to the brand new Caesars Forum convention center. Additionally, an iconic Red Carpet will be hosted on a specially constructed floating stage, sitting on the famous Bellagio Fountains. Interviews of players, coaches, and other sports figures will happen on the float, which is accessible only by ferry. 

In 2019, the NFL draft attracted more than 600,000 people. It is expected that this years participation will be just as significant.
