Durango Hotel-Casino A station Casino’s property will be built in Rhodes Ranch community along Durango Dr beside the Las Vegas Beltway 215. Station Casinos purchase the property in 2000 and later announced plans for hotel-casino Durango Station. Before the start of the construction this year 2022 the project was delayed a couple times. Durango Station is schedule to be finished by late 2023 early 2024 at the latest.
The resort has 83,000 square feet of casino space with an open floorplan, 200 guest rooms and suites in the hotel tower. Signature food and beverage outlets, race and sportsbook. 20,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. 40 electric vehicle charging stations.
The Station Casinos executives discussed their newly announced gaming property named Simply Durango they stated hotel casino has an estimated cost of $750 million.
They plan on using 50 acres of land for Durango Station and selling back remaining 23 acres for residential development for about $23 million.
