Queensridge: Guard-Gated Luxury in West Las Vegas
Queensridge is a guard-gated luxury community in west Las Vegas, part of the Peccole Ranch master plan and just east of Summerlin. Developed mainly from the mid-1990s into the early 2000s, it is split into Queensridge South, entered from Charleston Boulevard, and Queensridge North, entered from Alta Drive. Homes range from townhomes and production homes to large custom estates, in European-inspired English, Italian and French styles as well as newer modern designs.
The two halves were originally divided by the Badlands golf course, which closed in the mid-2010s. The City of Las Vegas has since approved a plan by Lennar to build a new neighborhood, The Preserve, on the former course. Residents are minutes from Tivoli Village, Downtown Summerlin, the 215 Beltway and Summerlin Parkway, and the Strip is typically about 15 minutes away.
