The Canyons, Summerlin: Golf Course Living Near Rampart Boulevard<\/h2>\n

The Canyons is a 754-acre village that Howard Hughes began developing in 1995. It mixes single- and multi-family neighborhoods with custom home communities, and much of the village is arranged around TPC Las Vegas, an 18-hole championship golf course. The JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, which opened as The Resort at Summerlin in 1999, sits nearby along Rampart Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Cottonwood Canyon Park, a linear park with paved paths, winds through the village.
