The Trails, Summerlin: Established Village With Its Own Town Center<\/h2>\n

The Trails is a 573-acre mixed-use village in north Summerlin that Howard Hughes began developing in 1993. It includes several single- and multi-family neighborhoods along with The Trails Community Center, The Trails Park and The Trails Paseo Park. The Trails Village Center, which opened in 1998, gives residents grocery, dining and services close to home.<\/p>\n

Homes for sale in The Trails range widely, from condos and townhomes to family homes and custom estates in neighborhoods such as Mountain Trails, where homes sit on larger lots. The Trails Park includes a resident pool, lighted ball fields and picnic areas, and walking paths wind through the village.
