Reverence is a 300-acre Summerlin village that opened in 2017, with every neighborhood built by Pulte Homes. It is Summerlin’s northernmost village west of the 215 Beltway, set in the foothills of the La Madre Mountains at an average elevation of about 3,200 feet. No development is planned to the west, so many homes look out over open desert, the mountains or the Las Vegas Valley.
The village is centered on the eight-acre Reverence Park, with a walking track and volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, and miles of walking trails. Homes range from two-story townhomes to large single-family homes across several Pulte collections, and many neighborhoods feature contemporary designs.
